AusClear Operating Hours and Holiday Schedule

At AusClear, we are committed to delivering exceptional service while ensuring our team enjoys the well-deserved opportunity to rest and recharge. To assist you in planning your interactions with us, we’ve outlined our standard hours, holiday closures, and emergency contact details below.

Standard Operating Hours

Our regular office hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

We extend our Friday hours to ensure we can assist with last-minute client requests before the weekend.

Holiday Closures

AusClear observes all major South Australian public holidays, including:

  • New Year’s Day (1st January)
  • Australia Day (26th January)
  • Adelaide Cup Day (second Monday in March)
  • Good Friday and Easter Monday
  • Anzac Day (25th April)
  • King’s Birthday (observed in June)
  • Labour Day (first Monday in October)
  • Christmas Day (25th December)
  • Boxing Day (26th December)

Christmas and New Year Period

To allow our team to enjoy the festive season with family and friends, AusClear will close at 5:00 PM on Christmas Eve (24th December) and reopen at 9:00 AM on 2nd January. During this time, skeleton staff will manage urgent matters. Regular operations will fully resume on 2nd January.

For non-urgent matters, we encourage you to contact us before or after this period to ensure your inquiry receives our full attention.

Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO)

The last Monday of every month is a Rostered Day Off (RDO) for all staff. On these days, the office will be closed, and normal operations will resume the following day.

If you have urgent matters, please contact us before the RDO to ensure we can assist you in a timely manner.

Emergency Support

For urgent matters, you can reach our emergency support team via email at support@ausclear.com.au.

  • Emails sent during business hours will receive a response within 24 hours.
  • Emails sent over weekends or public holidays will be addressed on the next business day.

While skeleton staff are available during the Christmas closure, non-urgent queries will be prioritised once regular operations resume.

Plan Ahead for Seamless Support

We encourage clients to plan their inquiries and requests around our holiday closures and RDO schedule. By doing so, you can avoid delays and ensure timely assistance. If in doubt, feel free to reach out ahead of time for guidance.

Our Commitment to Service and Balance

At AusClear, we value both our clients and our team. By ensuring our staff can enjoy time off, particularly during the Christmas period, we create a balanced and positive environment that enables us to deliver the best possible service.

If you have further questions or need assistance, please contact us at support@ausclear.com.au. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and look forward to supporting you throughout the year.
